Sabine Meyer is certainly one of the finest clarinetists in the world. She was one of the first women to be hired to play in the Berlin Philharmonic, as well. Presumably she teaches in Berlin, so most players coming out of there would probably have studied with her. I can ask a colleague about specific names if you are really curious, I'm sure there must be some principal clarinet players in orchestras around Europe that would have studied with her.
