Hi-
My recording of James Busby playing Herbert Howells' "Master Tallis's Testament" on the 1917/1955 Austin organ at S. Stephen in Providence has a 32 Hz Low 'C' backed by a 16 Hz suboctave pipe (and three 64 Hz harmonic pipes). Larry Greenhill has made it one of his subwoofer test tracks.
That recording in not a JMR recording, it was issued by the Rhode Island chapter of the AGO. "Pipes Rhode Island," CD RIAGO 101. It is available from Acoustic Sounds, Elusive Disc, May Audio, Music Direct, and www.arkivmusic.com You can do a search to find the best combination of price and shipping.
As far as organ with another instrument goes, the gold standard is IMHO still Jascha Heifetz' recording of the Chaconne attributed to Vitali. Incandescent playing. Problems are, it's a mono recording and the organ sounds to be in another room--IMHO par for the course in Heifetz-land.
Best of luck.
JM
