"Fantasia on a Theme by Thomas Tallis" (arguably the noblest composition, ever...); Schubert´s "String Quintet in C" (almost painfully beautiful 2nd movement...); Bach´s "Goldberg Variations" arranged for string trio by Sitkovetsky; Beethoven´s "String Quartet op 132 A min" (or, better, the whole lot of his Late Quartets)...
Now maybe you won´t want to go to bed...
