I can't comment on Gielen (Mr. Thornhill's choice below), since I STILL haven't heard that conductor's cycle yet, but of the four you have listed, I would definitely choose the Jansons/RCOA: glorious sound (especially in multichannel), superior execution, committed interpretation. Jansons' LSO recording is dull in comparison. MTT's cycle is impressive in the sense that, amazingly, you manage to get a sense of the hall despite the plethora of microphones they used for the recording. MTT certainly has his moments, but I guess I'm often not on his wavelength interpretively.
I can't resist joining the fray and recommending a recording not on your list: Vaclav Neumann / Czech Phil on Canyon Classics (not the earlier one on Supraphon). If you see it, snap it up! :-)
