Whether originating from a playright, a Hollywood film (heaven preserve us!), or a Government spokesman, whatever may constitute the truth will automatically be seen by such folk as material to be "interpreted" to suit their particular agendas and priorities...Whilst there may indeed be many who may be either sufficiently gullible and/or intellectually lazy to accept assessments they are given from others without much critical examination, there will always be others who insist on comparing their own evaluations before acceptance...
And bearing in mind some of the assessments we are offered, this just has to be "a good thing"!...
