not quite MIA - just had my focus on other things: SET and Tube DIY forums, single-speed bike stuff, and thinking about a project I want to get off the ground... Seems I have missed some decent info over here. I have a list of music to purchase that is about as long as, well, you get the idea... I will be putting my music orders in after I return from Bangalow. I am heading down there for a week, starting this weekend. Therefore, no Augie March for me.
I have not been getting out to much live music lately; I think Ladytron at the HiFi was the last, except for last night when I headed down to the Bowery to catch a mate play. Nice night down there - your usual quality local jazz in nice bar type deal. I would have like to have gone to Liquid Architecture last weekend but had other stuff on and am prob a little bit lazy, TBH.
Oh, I could not locate the Back to Mine stuff at HMV in the city; I will have to keep looking for the Singh stuff.
The only Lutwyche Rd. changes I know about are near the RBH, related to the ICB on/off ramps, busways, and tunnels (I think). Man, there is a crap load of road works happening in this town at the moment. And yet, over-full busses are frequently having to leave people at bus stops in the inner city, bicycle lanes are disgraceful - pissing off cyclist and motorist alike - and whole suburbs/regions are without anything like adequate public transport (Springfield springs to mind). On the up side, bus services to some areas seem impressive, tho I have not used 'em. Rant over!
That is me up to date. Hope all is well with you.
Cheers
