Best In-Ear Headphones for Listening to Hip-hop

Hi,

I just bought a 2nd gen Ipod Touch and am currently using Audio Technica CM700Ti headphones. Without the foam pads, they sound too high and have no bass. With the foam pads, they sound muffled.

I'm usually not a in-ear headphone kinda guy, but i'm now considering getting a pair for better hip hop and rock performance (which is what I listen to).

What I am looking for is:

1. small size/ weight
2. strong deep clean bass
3. good build quality
4. price ( I know im going to be spending over 100 and possibly up to 300, but the cheaper the better)

Can you reccommend me a few headphones to look into?
