How can you have an "oldy" in HipHop?

We were talking about JD and some old Eno as well as newer ambient.

Seems pretty wrong to talk about JD over in Rocky Road. In very short order it will be 30 years since JD was over!!!!

Two oldies that I've been trying to acquire are both compilations: "Stiffs Live; We came we saw, we left." Awesome record, - I know that it's on CD, - but can it be acquired? And, can the re-master that was done in the late 90s better than the older CD?

The other one is "TroubleMakers." A Warner Brothers compilation, - two vinyl record set. Gang of Four, Wire, Public Image, Jonathon Richmon, The Sex Pistols, - oooh, wouldn't it be great to get a hold of that one again??
