I'm not familiar with the two albums you mentioned (there are too many Fax relases keep up with), so I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for... but the three Autechre albums I have, in decending order of "blippiness" are Tri Repetae, Amber, and Incunabula. I prefer the later two.
Another album that comes to mind is Higher Intelligence Agency - Freefloater.
BTW, if you're interested in hearing another Tetsu Inoue collaboration, "Cymatic Scan" with Bill Laswell on the Subharmonic label was a good one. It's "dark" ambient music, but not blippy at all.
