Odd question - from novice - weird tube radio setup

I have a 1956 Zenith y825 (8 tube radio) that I use daily. This is my work radio. Currently I use it with an ECHO Dot via Bluetooth to a Bluetooth receiver plugged into the phono jack as it acts as a mono amplifier.

Here is my question:

With dual Zenith y825 and running my ECHO Dot through a 3.5mm to RCA stereo connections - one to each y825 mono jack, will it effectively (albeit poorly) work as stereo sound. It seems that it would work in a weirdly logical way.
