A healthy life-adjustment and a cleaned up house......
During the first week of December, I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes... I'm now on insulin, but I now feel as good as I have in years.... It's a lifestyle change, but for the better. (In retrospect, I may have had this ailment since I was a child.)
I also had the house go through a major cleaning.... I pledged to my mom it won't be a "bachelor pad" anymore.
