Looks like you're getting your issue resolved.
Lower priced gear from smaller company:
-- They are more agile and trying to make a name for themselves in order to grow their business. Expect prompt response.
High priced gear from long established company:
-- They already have your big bucks hard earned money in the bank! They'll get around to helping you at their convenience.
