The cover to my VPI was missing a couple of those silicone thingies,so I contacted Ginkgo Audio. I expected instructions on buying them on their website.

I got a respnonse stating they are on their way and 3 days later, an envelope with thingies have arrived-gratis.

Gingko Audio makes a nice turntable cover and backs them up with EXCELLENT customer service. THREE THUMBS UP!!!
