Yes. You can connect the Oppo to the Marantz either with analog interconnects or with digital interconnects (or both). (I have this exact setup which I use with a 103, choosing to keep the 105 for my other, audio-only, system which has no AVR or prepro.)
With the former connection, only the analog output stages of the Marantz are used for the output of the Oppo's DAC.
With the latter connection, you are using the Marantz' DAC and can run it with any of the Marantz' DSP options including bass management and EQ or direct (without any processing).
I suggest that you try the 105 both ways with your new AV8802a, connect it both ways, compare them and before deciding on your new 4K player. FWIW, I am happy with the 103 via the Marantz via HDMI.
