Sacred Reich, "The American Way"

On this Friday night, one of my audiophile friends is still *mad* at me, for introducing him to Dove Cameron's "Better In Stereo," which he has not been able to get out of his mind. So we'll have to introduce other music, to occupy his attention.

For us audiophiles, Phoenix is now known as the birthplace of the audiodharma Cable Cooker. But in 1990, it was known for Alice Cooper, Flotsam And Jetsam, and Mr. Mister.

Ah, 1990. That was thrash metal's peak. Yes, it meant that the big guns were firing away. But the mountain had to have a wide base, filled out by the secondary and tertiary acts. Enter Phoenix's Sacred Reich, whose album, The American Way was up there with, for example, Prong's Beg To Differ.

Here is the title track. They did a good job of capturing the drum's punch. After you're done thrashing, you can use this to break in loudspeakers.
