Help with Optical output to Bluetooth

My kitchen TV is 20' across room = mediocre sound clarity while cooking. I need an option to take the optical output from TV and convert it to bluetooth or some other wireless to some satellite speakers so the sound can come from the kitchen counter.

The only options I've found are $600 soundbars and $200 satellites... There have got to be simpler devices that take an optical input and broadcast a wireless speaker solution.

I am looking for feedback on both potential direct solutions, or perhaps even keywords that I can use to become more search savvy myself.
