Very few are all digital. Lots of them now use a high speed switch mode power supply, but that is not digital.
That being said, I don't think switchmode amps sound as good as a conventional amp with a heavy linear supply.
Almost all shows are using digital boards now. Call me old school, but I don't think they sound as good as an analog console either.
