Because after thinking it looked nice on the Linkwitz site I bought one and it was the most excruciatingly uncomfortable chair I've ever owned! Not that I doubt what you say -- apparently, it just didn't fit me. But I'm thinking that people might want to try it at Ikea before they decide if it's right for them, rather than just ordering it online. (Which probably goes for any chair . . . )
