Glad to hear things worked out to your satisfaction.

Through my job, I've dealt with FedEx counter people and drivers in 4 different states now, and I have yet to run across a single one that wasn't professional and polite. UPS? Finding one that *isn't* disgruntled and hating their job (and making sure you know it) is the great exception.

One is union, the other isn't, but I'm not gonna start up that argument. :)
