I had an amp to send to Canada. I went to an actual FedEx location to ship it out. When I walked in, it was empty and I went straight to the counter. There was only one person working...right away she starts having trouble getting it into the computer. Soon a line began forming behind me. After 25 minutes of trying, I look back and the line is out the door, I said, just give me the package back, I'm going to UPS. She actually said "No I can do this" I said, "this is not fair to all these people in line." I grabbed it, went to UPS and got it shipped no problem.
I sent a complaint to FedEx but just received a form letter. I said to them...this is like walking into a McDonalds and not being able to buy a hamburger.
