Testament, "Greenhouse Effect"

By taking on more political tones, Testament's 1989 album, Practice What You Preach was supposed to be their equivalent of (Metallica's) Ride The Lightning. It included the environmental song, "Greenhouse Effect."

The photo above [Honolulu's Washington Saimin, summer 1990] shows my brother wearing the "Greenhouse Effect" t-shirt.

26 years later, "Greenhouse Effect" remains a fan favorite. Those of you who weren't around in 89/90 will come to appreciate the progressive, Joe Satriani-esque soloing. Children today don't necessarily play this on guitar. Rather, you will see them use their MIDI keyboards, to play it.
