Yes, I tried the browser directly to Tidal website. It logs me on there also, but still the same message when I get to the play button.
Just once when I hit the fee trial button, out of frustration, I got a response in very fine print saying, you are already a subscriber, but when I try again, same message, please choose a subscription?
