RE: Tidal problem...?

Sounds like some kind of validation problem.

You appear to be validated at login level but I wonder if Tidal have another validation level if, for example, some tracks are only available in certain territories. Maybe the validation to encompass your changes has not carried through to other levels in Tidal beyond login? Who knows as how the internal logic of the Tidal player functions is not available. The answer may lie with Tidal personnel who are at an engineering level beyond the staff manning the customer service desk. Customer service staff are often just working to a script for this kind of thing without having any real depth of knowledge themselves.

In fact, what do I know? Not a lot is the answer but the guys over on the PC Audio forum do know lots of things and that is the real purpose of this posting; you may do better with this question over there.
