Tidal problem...?

Hoping someone here can help. This is whats happening.
I have been streaming tidal through my android tablet for a few months with no problems. Last week I changed my ISP and got a new nicer tablet. So I have been reloading everything.
For some reason everything works fine except Tidal. I just keep getting the message to choose a new subscription. I have done everything, deleted, reloaded, changed passwords, it logs me in but as I select a album and hit the play button, I get that message. I sent a message to Tidal support, they finally replied, telling me to do what I have already done multiple times.

It seems to me I may have to just cancel my subscription and start over, however it dose not seem like that's so easy either.
Any ideas wellcome.
