I order stuff from importcds through their Amazon profile and at the order review point I'm informed that the estimated delivery date is a three week window. In fact I've got a CD in shipment right now that was shipped Nov. 12 with a delivery window of Nov. 18 to Dec. 4.

Since they're setting the expectation with me right off the bat I wouldn't have any trouble waiting three weeks. However, I don't think I've ever had to wait any longer than that.
