If your Oppo is a 10x, it has an HDMI input on the back. You can connect your Apple TV's HDMI out to the Oppo, and then select the HDMI input from the Oppo menu and run both audio and video through your system.
I have the new Apple TV, and this allows me to direct Apple Music through the Oppo's high quality DACs.
