...I'm a firm believer that the best time to sell is in the dead of winter. Right now folks are gearing up for the holidays and may have other plans for their money.
Try again in February or March ...when cabin fever sets in. Winter is prime listening time. Lots of distractions in summer, spring and fall.
Just my 2-cents ...and worth half what you paid.
