Do forgive me if I am adressing the wrong topic but this thread has moved around a bit starting with a phonostage and now, apparently, moving on the loudspeakers (I think).
The set of meaurements suggested by you are appropriate for louspeakers (e.g. MLSSA)so I will return to your question as to whether anyone has performed pre and post burn in measurements. They certainly have. Keith Howard (I believe) doing this many years ago for a number of comparative speakers in one of the British magazines.
Was there a measureable difference? Yes. I suspect things would not be so straightforward with purely electronic components though.
