My service experience was quite different with the Anti-Mode 2.0 Dual Core unit.
I blew out the software doing an upgrade to the latest version, and since the unit was an early version, it was not easy to reload it. The folks in Finland probably spent 8 hours over the course of 3 weeks (including mail time) getting me back up to speed. They helped patiently with diagnostics, sending me new files with the latest upgrades, explaining instructions on how to load it, and they mailed me a special adapter at no expense so I could successfully reload the software. Response were always within 1/2 to 4 hours depending on the time difference including some weekends (I wonder when Pasi sleeps).
Overall, I was quite impressed.
Maybe you should have taken it up with the US dealer or Tim Ryan the US distributor who is also very helpful.
