Just for the record, wanted to say how much I enjoy the dspeaker product--it really flattens out and simplifies the bass/sub woofer area.
My problem is that (as another person here has said) it's customer service sucks. I had been having problems with the unit and finally traced it to the toggle switch being the problem. I now leave the toggle switch on all the time and unplug the unit from the back, a minor bother.
When I wrote to dpeaker, they got back suggesting it was something other than their product. When I clarified that it was the switch they stopped writing. So, just for the record, love the product, very unprofessional service. The unit I have is one of the earlier ones, now discontinued, not the more expensive higher end units. Thanks.
