I've been a Sirius/XM customer for a number of years. My wife and I have car subscriptions and I had a home receiver as well. I dropped the home receiver and ever since I have been getting better offers to renew. Sirius also sent me an email saying they were raising their rates for my car. I told them to drop my car as well. They quickly changed their tune and I renewed for $79 for the next year. Never, ever take their first offer.
