Unless you're talking about some other kind of numerical figure I don't know how you could be getting that from Comcast or CenturyLink. I used to have Comcast and have had Fios for the last 3 years or so.Just did speedtest.net. I'm getting 92.31mbps uploads and 75.64mbps downloads, which is way faster than anything Comcast offers around here (across the Hudson from Manhattan in Jersey).
