A positive experience with my local dealer with excellent support AFTER shelling out MY hard earned dough!
For those in the Prima Luna camp and anyone considering the line.
I purchased a Dialogue Premium HP back in December 2014. Enjoy the unit and problem free until a recent mishap compounded by my own carelessness.Blown channel and had to take it in for repair. The shop handling PL issues is a facility with not so great reviews going back over 10 years on this forum-George Meyer AV in LA.
Upscale Audio(SoCal) was nothing short of professional handling my issue with the PL. The service at George Meyer is great.Friendly, knowledgeable and to top it off, got the amp repaired under warranty UNDER 2 weeks!Here in SoCal, just about everything sucks in some way(I'm a native)
it's overcrowded,horrible traffic,expensive,way too many
weirdos,polluted,on the brink of turning into a desert because we don't have any water...add your complaint here.A breath of fresh air...actual customer service handled the way I expect it to be.
