Hey Tom, Welcome to the hood. I drove over from Athens and came to one of your demos afew years back. It was in the parking lot of a Humongous Church. I'm sure your used to it but speakers that loud in the middle of the day causes quite a raucous. Dogs were barking, car alarms were going off, kids were coming out of their classrooms at a near by school,a fire truck and a police cruiser showed up... it was total mayhem. And everyone in your firm looked on w great approval and I was grinning ear to ear in disbelief something that loud could sound so good.... pretty funny stuff.
Gainesville pretty much has two things- Lake Lanier (a fantastic lake btw) and Chickens. I haven't heard much in the live music department but I really dunno. 30 Minutes to Athens, Atlanta and North Georgia Mountains.
