I agree the listening on headphones way way too loud is damaging.
I listen at around 65dB "C" weighted at my listening position.
Really really loud (for me) is 82dB.
I almost never listen at 82dB. The vast majority of my listening is at the 60 to 65dB range. (with a few peaks up to 70dB sometimes)
But I do listen all day long.
