... A Japanese surfer got both his legs bitten off whilst sitting on his board. His friends dragged him to the shore where he died within minutes from blood loss. I think it was about 10AM. However there had been significant rain and the water was murky as the beach is adjacent to the mouth of the Richmond River. Surfing near a break wall in murky water is foolish. A tragedy nonetheless.
I'd move your times out to 9 am and 5 pm (summer) and 4pm (winter) Though I must say the surf is littered with surfers from not long after first light on most days if the surf is running. (not this little black duck though)
We are all well aware of sharks, we occasionally see Bull sharks cruise up past Chez Sox. I prefer seeing dolphins cruise past, not damn sharks!
Oh, we do go to the surf but not in that particular area and not in those conditions. My evening swim is done in one of those fang-dangled seeeeeeeeeeee-ment pond thingies we have. I just got out it now as well :)
Still wet here, back to the theme of the thread, I like to warm up my DAC for about 30 mins to an hour. (the climate control keeps it cool)
I trust you & yours are all happy & healthy in the deep south of Mexico?
Cheers.
