Your video of JJ Cale and Eric Clapton is from the Eric Clapton Crossroads Guitar Festival DVD set released in November 2004. I have that particular video clip on my music server, ripped from DVD and placed in my music video library on my Mac.

There's a whole series of these Eric Clapton Guitar Festival sets on DVD (and Blu-ray) plus CD featuring EC and various artists.
