That's what it sounds like to me! If that's truly the case I'm glad that I didn't re subscribe last month. Last time that happened to one of my subscriptions they (the publisher) switched me to a useless POS (Sound & Vision) that I didn't want and had no use for. Never offered a cash refund, they were probably broke.
I suppose we could hope for a Phoenix to rise out of the ashes of the former S'phile, perhaps with an editor who has some clue about how to steer the ship, but that's probably way too much to ask for.
