I'm sure there are a ton of Quad receivers/preamps/integrateds that had discrete 4 channel inputs. I thought my Uncle's Phase Linear C-4000 preamp had them, but I was wrong, even though he had a Teac 3340-S open reel (but boy, what an upbringing in music, hearing Quad LPs and home made quad reels into a pair of Dynaco ST-150s. Even though the speakers weren't sooo hot! But I digress).

I'm sure there is something out there that will fit your bill...
