Did you ask him where he is? I always do. And they're usually pretty up front about it: "I'm in the Phillipines", even though he goes by "Bob".Look, Tinhead, all you have to do is ask to be transferred to another agent. This isn't rocket science.
Speaking of the Phillipines, I know a woman who's from there. I can hardly understand her, and she doesn't understand me, even though we "communicate" in English! lol But her daughter speaks perfect English, with NO accent, and, graduated Summa Cum Laude (#2) in her high school class.
Wouldn't it be great if most Americans could speak multiple languages fluently? I'm embarrassed when I vacation in Europe and can barely spit out half a sentence in French and we end up conversing in English!
No wonder Europeans look at Americans with humor!
