A pernicious, unfortunately ubiquitous and spreading electronics problem: accents.

I had a question about my Oppo 103 player and called Customer Service. The young man with an Indian-like accent was completely incoherent. He exacerbated the problem of his thick accent by mumbling and speaking at high speed.
I wish companies/corporations would consider this when outsourcing (I'm jumping to the conclusion that the guy is sitting in a call center in someplace like Calcutta): it's great you answer the calls quickly, but to what avail all of that, including trained techs-standing-by if their English is jibberish-like?
Arrrrrrgggghhh….
