I've never used the Logitech offerings and although most folks I knew were happy with it, especially the price, I knew a couple who got poor results with Logitech but great results from Sonos. So I went the Sonos path many years ago.
I have Sonos hooked into 5 systems throughout the house and my family and I are very pleased with it. I use the ZP90 (connect) in four systems and the ZP120 (connect amp) in one system. We all have iPads and control the music independently as we see fit.
I find if a good DAC is used then the results are quite good.
