I'm willing to pay about 20% - 25% less than I would to a person with feedback and that's how it usually works out. No pictures will also cost you as will English as a second language. I consider all three the trifecta of potential purchases below market.
It's just supply and demand, if you scare away enough of the market there's very little market left...which is were I come in.
