That is from occlusion. The same occur if you put a fingertip in each ear. LF from your voice increases. Your ear canal is now filled and vibration transfers from your voice in your throat to the middle ear internally. Most people say they feel like they are talking in a barrel or something similar. While you will become less bothered by it, it is a trade off. Having aids and hearing better is better.
