RE: Most of these properties correlate with measurable phenomena

Measurements can be used to make accurate predictions, no one is denying the truth of that.

What gets me is that, every once in a while, measurements (and predictions based upon them) do not line up with experiential results. There are wild cards in the game and I'd sure like to know where they are coming from. Even John Atkinson acts puzzled from time to time.
