Parasound took good care of me last year when my 2250 power amp developed some problems.
Plural problems.
The 2250 worked fine on speaker Channel A, but the Channel B speaker switch didn't work at all. Ten-cent part, I figured. Parasound said send it back and they'd fix it and return it, which they did.
A month later, the 2250 died on power-up. Ten-cent part again. Parasound said send it back and they'd fix it and return it. I asked them to please send me a different amp since this one was clearly cursed, which they did.
Second Parasound 2250 has been fine. No problems at all.
The company was responsive and prompt. It's hard to criticize them, exactly. But I still had a $1300 power amp fail twice on me for small inexpensive parts. I had to haul that 60-lb box to the shippers twice and pay to get it to California twice. I'm neutral on Parasound now.
