I've owned Parasound amps for the past few years. During the first year a part failed which was repaired promptly. A few years later the same part failed in the other amp, again covered under warranty. I was told that later production revised the value for that part and mine continue to work flawlessly. All good service but I never expected otherwise.
Not long ago I had an issue with a Parasound dealer. My attempt to resolve that with them failed so I sent a note to Richard Schram relating my experience since I believe manufacturers should be aware of how their products are being represented. Now this issue had nothing to do with Parasound or their service directly, but Mr. Schram stepped in and resolved the situation.
To me this was exemplary customer service so I'd like to make my "thank you" public.
