With the exception of some top-of-the-line three-gun projectors that cost $50,000 back in the day, I think it is highly unlikely that a dealer will want to buy used video gear from a consumer/stranger. And even then the offer will be 10% of new or not much more.

Most dealers have enough trouble and bother trying to get rid of stuff they take back in trade from their own customer base, or dumping new stuff where a good customer's need or mind changed.

Try eBay to get an idea of what the going rates are.

You can do a web search to find Orion Blue Book and buy a limited subscription to do about 12 searches.

But in the end, unless you have the right buyer and offer the right price, there will be no sale.
