I want to use the opportunity of this thread to tell John Curl how splendidly the JC-2 performs in my setup and how helpful Richard Scram has been while I await parts for the by-pass mod. A JC-3, an Oppo BDP 105, and a Sony XA5400ES are connected to the JC-2. The JC-2 feeds Proceed HPA amps that drive a pair of KEF Reference 107/2s. The JC-3 is used with a Thorens TD 124 table with an SME Series III arm and Ortofon SME 30H cartridge. Next week the Sony will be moved to another setup, and an Ayre C-5XEmp will take its place in the main system after some comparative listening.
