that talk, text and otherwise feel it's OK to "party" during a performance.
WTF they think that's acceptable is way out of my sense of understanding.
I'll take sour notes, botched lyrics and any other non perfection that can transpire
from talented artists in a live performance over obnoxious audience members any day.
Chances are the artist will redeem themselves later in the performance (or did beforehand)
and if most of the performance is good or better, then THAT'S alright.
IF there's a perfect musical moment or two (and there usually is) that's the beauty of being there now.
To paraphrase Mr. Churchill - the obnoxious jackass audience member will STILL be an obnoxious jackass the next day.
And hell, I thought BB King was old (and completely wonderful) when I saw him live for the first time 38 years ago!
